2018 Petrolia and Enniskillen Fair Ambassador
Amber Walker is the Owner and CEO at Amber Walker Events located in Toronto, she has years
of experience planning all types of events, however Amber specializes in high profile corporate functions and has worked with many reputable companies such as: Red Cross, HOBY, Municipal Property Tax Assessment (MPAC), & Breast Cancer Society to just name a few. Prior to Amber starting Amber Walker Events, Amber graduated from George Brown’s Special Event Planning program and in her last year of college she got scooped up to work at a startup events company where she built the events and operations department from the ground up for the next three years. During this time, she planned conferences, summits and parties all over Chicago, New York & California for high level executives. And recently, Amber has been featured in Narcity’s “top 18 event planners in Toronto.” While Amber is an expert in her field of work, she absolutely loves fairs and baking and served on our Petrolia Fair Board as a Junior Director when she was 16 and also that same year she served as one of our Junior Directors she became our youngest Bake Queen we have ever had. Not long after, Amber’s family relocated their business to Brantford but she always still had hope of becoming the Petrolia and Enniskillen Fair Ambassador one day. If you know or knew Amber, then you would know that her claim to fame and the reason for her success is as a result of her attitude about ‘making things happen and that’s just what she did. Regardless of her living so far from her beloved town, Amber Walker became our 2018 Petrolia and Enniskillen Fair Ambassador!!!
